Agents are now able to apply for payrolling benefits on behalf of their clients.

HMRC online services will now accept applications from agents to be able to payroll benefits from 6 April 2025. To do so, you will need to sign up for the “Employer Liabilities and Payments service”.

This does mean that P11Ds still need to be submitted for 2024/25, and previous years, asthis will only apply from the start of the next tax year.
