An exciting opportunity has become available working at the CIPP headquarters in Shirley, Birmingham.

The purpose of this job is to increase the number of members through implementing the membership acquisition and retention strategies and to deliver excellent customer experience to members. You would also be working towards designing a successful and relevant Continuing Professional Development (CPD) scheme, which includes promoting, supporting and monitoring member participation. The role holder will contribute to the management of individual and employer relationships.
