That’s right, payroll, pensions and reward professionals. One of the CIPP’s key pieces of research is now live, and we need your help to establish what’s happening right now in the industry and what we can expect to see in the future.
This research is carried out once every two years, and there are some key milestones in the process:
- Future of Payroll Survey
- Future of Payroll Report
- a roundtable held on the opening day of National Payroll Week, which discusses the findings of the research with a panel of experts
- a follow up article in Professional magazine.
The areas we’re covering this time around are:
- artificial intelligence: benefits and considerations
- continuous change
- future well-being initiatives
- payroll careers now and of the future.
Don’t miss the opportunity to have your say and to help the CIPP focus its attention on those things you think will impact you most in your roles, allowing us to provide the best in tailored support and content.
The survey is open until 11:59 pm on 6 June 2024, and will take around 15 minutes to complete.
