Gender Pay Gap research – payroll software developers

08 February 2017

As recently reported, regulations have been laid that require private companies and charity employers with 250 or more employees to publish statutory calculations that show the pay gap between their male and female employees. Regulations come in to force from 6 April 2017.

The Government Equalities Office (GEO) is providing employers and payroll professionals with the opportunity to be involved in prototype testing.

Research will also be carried out that is dedicated to payroll software developers and will take place on 15 March from 1pm (in London), numbers will be strictly limited.

There will only be one session and names will be taken on a first come first serve basis. If you would be interested in taking part in this session please contact Kathryn Evans,  Craig Elliott or Priya Srikantharajah.
