NEST consults on changes to scheme rules

NEST (National Employment Savings Trust) Corporation has launched a consultation on proposed changes to the scheme’s Rules.
The consultation proposes changes that, when taken together with proposed changes to the NEST Order, will allow NEST to offer contractual enrolment as a means of joining the scheme. The consultation will also set out proposed changes to how NEST manages death benefits. This is something NEST is looking at again, in light of the restrictions on the scheme being removed earlier this year.

NEST welcomes your comments, and asks that all responses reach NEST Corporation by the closing date of 29 December 2017. The consultation on NEST’s rules can be found on NEST’s website.
