HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) are currently seeking views on draft legislation to amend the law on how to report salary advance payments made to workers.
The CIPP policy team want to know if you currently report salary advances in line with the regulations as they stand, or if you report them with the normal pay day (something HMRC is turning a blind eye to at the moment).
