10:30–10:40 Welcome and introductions

Paul will provide a brief overview of what to expect from the day and make the relevant introductions.
10:40–10:50 Update on the CIPP Certificate in Managing Global Payroll and other international courses
Rose Howley, Associate Director of Training, CIPP
Rose will provide delegates an update on the Certificate in Managing Global Payroll as well as other International course offerings from the CIPP. This is also your opportunity to provide Rose with feedback on the courses offered and other courses which would be relevant to you.
10:50–11:50 Interactive panel on global payroll processing standards
Payroll experts from Australia, the USA and South Africa
This online session will cover payroll processing issues from Australia, the USA and South Africa. It will be delivered by the CIPP’s online web confercing facility and allows for interaction from the audience as well as the panel.
11:50–12:50 Processing EMEA payrolls
Speaker TBC
Our speaker will discuss their experience of processing EMEA payrolls looking at the key differences in processing payrolls in the different EMEA countries. The session will explore experiences as a customer, third party and outsourcer to give a rounded and holistic view.
12:50–13:20 Lunch and networking
13:20–14:05 The essential guide to vendor selection

During this session Jeremy will cover:
- Understanding your needs
- Identifying and consulting with the key stakeholders
- Stakeholder expectations
