An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the CIPP’s Policy and research team. If you're passionate and knowledgeable about payroll and would like to become one of the CIPP's policy and research officers, then find out more here.

The role of Policy and Research Officer has become available and is a position that encompasses a wide variety of activities, all of which have the fundamental aim of supporting payroll professionals through research, education, and representation.

No two days will ever be the same. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out research, producing articles for publication, preparing and delivering topical presentations, building strong working relationships, and representing the CIPP and payroll professionals in forums.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about payroll and will “raise the payroll profession” with everything they do. The candidate will have extensive operational payroll experience and be CIPP Qualified to Foundation Degree level (or be willing to work towards this).
