The CIPP’s board of directors is committed to providing a high standard of service and it is the Company objective to satisfy the requirements of its customers using the allocated resources to achieve the business goals and objectives. These objectives are achieved through the Institute for all member activities and through IPP Education Limited for all of the commercial activity, for example Qualifications, Training, Events and Consultancy, and support activities such as Finance, IT, Policy and Research and Marketing on a shared service.
The CIPP operates a Quality Management System designed to comply with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 2015.
The annual business planning process will identify and set quality objectives that will support and complement the targets and objectives required of the business. These will be communicated to all staff throughout the year via staff meetings and a weekly newsletter and individually through appraisal and objective setting.
The CIPP is committed to satisfy any statutory or regulatory requirements applicable to the company’s services. Employees must follow procedures and the Quality Management System.
The CIPP’s goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting customer requirements. Analysis of customer satisfaction by event or activity is prepared then reviewed by the Management/Directors with appropriate action being taken as necessary.
In a similar way the company is also committed to delivering a high standard of support to its employees, and in recognition of this has successfully gained and maintained the Investors in People award. Where training and development is required, this will be identified initially through the appraisal process for existing staff or during induction for new staff.
The Board of Directors are committed to the Quality Management System and it is a clear aim to seek to continually improve the system. Regular reviews of the Quality Management System will take place and company briefings will be held at least annually at which the effectiveness of the system will be communicated to all staff.
