Join the ‘Gender Equality and Behavioural Insights’ breakfast event on 8 May in London where you will be presented with some of the latest evidence on what works to improve gender equality in the workplace.

The event is aimed at senior leaders with an interest in improving gender equality in their organisations. Media will be in attendance – please do forward this invitation to your CEO or senior leaders who may wish to join the event.

The agenda will include:

  • The launch of the Gender and Behavioural Insights (GABI) programme (a 2-year collaboration between the Government Equalities Office (GEO) and Behavioural Insights Team (BIT).

  • The latest evidence on what works for reducing the Gender Pay Gap

  • Panel with leading private and public sector employers

  • A chance to feedback to the GEO on the Gender Pay Gap Reporting process

  • News about future industry-specific events

  • Opportunities for networking
