Who takes statutory leave in your company?

With many commentators suggesting that Shared Parental Leave could be discriminatory, the CIPP Policy team would like to find out who exactly is taking Shared Parental Leave.
We would also like to take this further by establishing who takes all the different types of statutory leave.
We have created a short survey which should take no more than five minutes to complete once you have accessed your payroll system to obtain the information required.
We would be very grateful if you could spare these few minutes to complete this survey which is now running until the extended date of 9 November 2018.
