One that provides an introduction to the subject of expenses and benefits and the other that covers the subject of Trivial Benefits – both could be useful in helping you to consider the taxable implications and the administrative burden of festive generosity as you plan your annual Christmas events and gifts for your employees.
Expenses and benefits – an introduction: If you’re new to expenses and benefits and would like to know more, join this webinar for an overview of when you need to report these to HMRC.
Expenses and benefits – trivial benefits: This webinar provides an overview of trivial benefits, including what they are, the conditions that have to be met to be exempt from reporting to HMRC and what your responsibilities are.
If you have not joined an HMRC webinar, that delivers an online presentation, before their guide will tell you what you need to do.
